SoR is very beta as an open beta goes, and the game is still months away, probably even as much as 6 months, from being a completed project for release. Your entitled to your opinion and yes, SoR still has a lot of issues to be worked out, but to judge a game in open beta as crap, I don't agree. Playing it i need to remember that this isn`t very early alpha but open beta, it looks so 'good' there is in game comunity? i tried to talk with another players but no answers, funny, (tried several times), chat look same as in lineage2, nothing special, nothing new but works well, maybe i wasn`t lucky enough to meet someone that looks on chat channel but fight with interface resting between fights is funny (to big), and xp very low for kill i read somwhere that here is permadeath - but not checked it, if yes it is silly, dying is too easy here, mob could kill you in few blows if not in one very limited, looks nice from first but you dont have many combinations, but little more than infamouse lineage 2 (called clone invasion) same looking trees? same landscape? i tried starting in many places and go further from there, if it wasnt writed that this is diffrent place this could make me some time to figure it out.

exploring is boring too, everything looks same, everyhing is yellow, i know its a desert but. when more means 30/40 times more in same time its little silly as missions arent easy/fast (most of them) you could earn lots more by hunting rats in noob area. interface looks awfull too, everything green, not intuitive at all, you could get use to this. learning skills is nightmare maybe somwhere is detaily writed what skill what exactly do but i don`t found it crafting could be nice in higher lvl but in low lvl its boring as hell: put what you want craft from menu than put one kind of ore (not important what you crafting) in slot hit craft and you maybe succided and maybe not, NO CUSTOMIZATION, everyone could craft same things (depend on race and further on skills), further you theoretically could need more specialized things for crafting further lvls items, but im not sure if this isnt only my hopes ) magic is more fun (you move using arrows need face the enemy target it use magic, it is charging up than hit target), charging time is diffrent in same spell, but still spells looks awfull, good idea wrong engine, but still it is best point in game character moving is very unnatural, fightning looks even worst, char stay still long time and move from one lag to another and back, than sometimes hit with (sword/dagger or anything else)

awfull graphic (i start thinking that game movie that you could download was corrected in 3d studio or even made there) its outdated at least 3 years, i think that it could be even 4, its like baldurs gate 2 in 3d and in 3rd person perspective lots of crashes, its too much even for beta (especially open), playing more than 15 minutes without a crash is a miracle great lags, everywhere, its a nightmare out there Its a simple crap this is why (in points and not all thing as this post is short) Ryzom was looking nice on movie that i downloaded i looks cool in faq and thats all good about this game I writed once but due problems my post don`t showed up so this time i write it short
